To contact the helpdesk, e-mail or call us at 616-241-1691 and ask for the helpdesk. To insure that the problem you are hvaing is solved as quickly as possible, keep these tips in mind:

State clearly who you are and what agency or office or organization you are with.
If writing us, include a short problem description in the subject line of your e-mail.
Tell us what you were doing or what might have changed when the probem first showed up.

Once instructed by the helpdesk, here's how to get help via remote computer access:

You will be directed to click on one of the names below to begin a remote support session.
In ten seconds, our representative will have full remote control of your computer.
When the session is over, the representative will select ‘uninstall' from the system tray icon to completely remove NetworkStreaming from your computer, leaving your system exactly as it was when you began.
